Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you in the form of a subscription, a pre-order, or a trial before you proceed to purchase. The cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the duration of the subscription and the frequency you select. Your payment details are kept secure, and an amount is debited with each delivery, unless you choose to pay everything in advance. Some subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are paying for a product that is out of stock or that will be available soon but has not yet been added to the inventory. We may not collect payment or may only collect a partial payment at checkout, we may store your payment method, and we will collect the full or remaining amount at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a (partial) refund.
