Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You have experienced a reaction from using one of our products; this must be verifiable, and you must be certain that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients present. If you experience a skin reaction, please contact us via the email address listed below.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Since we sell personal care products, we do not simply accept product returns; you can only submit a return request in the event of a proven reaction to one of our products. You must know in advance whether you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the purchased products.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Statutory cooling-off period of 14 days in the EU
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason whatsoever and without stating reasons. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. Upon approval, you will be automatically refunded within ten working days via the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
