Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed by hand in The Hague. We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 10:00 PM the next working day. During busy periods or for new batches, the processing time may be 1-2 working days.
Shipping Costs
We apply the following shipping rates within the Netherlands.
- Orders up to €40.00: €4.95 (Letterbox package or parcel post via PostNL).
- Orders from €40.00: FREE SHIPPING ( only NL )
Delivery time
As soon as your package leaves the studio, we hand it over to our shipping partner (PostNL). On average, your package is delivered within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. You will always receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your package is on its way.
International shipping
We ship to worldwide as standard. For current prices check out the check-out page and fill in your personal data.
Incorrect address or not picked up
Please ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected from a pick-up point, the costs for a second shipment will be borne by the customer.
